“Where am I?” photo quiz Vol. II

Thanks to everyone who dropped in and took a stab at the location of last week’s inaugural “Where am I?” – which was the bike pump outside of TVB on Magnolia.

This week’s entry* is less streets and more meets. Here goes:

Yep, Brooks, it’s “Pedagogy,” in the City County Building. Nice work!

And yeah, maybe the corny riddle was a little too arcane. Nobody got it (sad trombone). We were talking about the name of the work by Julie Warren Conn, and three words located on the sculpture. Those words:
