Remember back when we were underwater?

I was saving this photo for another day, but I was at this stormwater symposium yesterday, so I thought this would be appropriate.

Here’s the challenge: Name the street I’m standing on here.

Bonus: Name the buildings flanking the street (not pictured) at that point in the road.
