This is the most fun time of the year, the time to talk turkey and slice the ‘taters.
It’s budget time. The first public meeting of the year is coming in which Mayor Madeline Rogero and City Council will sit in a budget retreat and discuss what is being spent in FY 2012-13 and how the early makings of fiscal year 2013-14 will look. From a city release:
What: City of Knoxville Budget Retreat
When: 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 15th
Where: Outdoor Knoxville Adventure Center, 900 Volunteer Landing Lane
